We are looking for:

Technical Recruiter
Location: Belgrade

In order for that to happen… We need you to be a Technical Recruiter that is also:

What will you do:

  • Find and engage technical and artistic talent with a focus on Lead and Senior positions;
  • Conduct technical interviews and prepare profiles;
  • Follow your candidates through their journey;
  • Handle client expectations and manage their needs;

 Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • You are fully proficient in the English language (written and spoken)
  • You are patient and persistent
  • You don’t wait for somebody to tell you what to do
  • You are creative and motivated to build this team with us and solve problems fast
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about the gaming and tech industries (considered a plus)
